KADIN FUTBOL OYUNCULARINDA FARKLI SAHA ÖLÇÜLERİ İLE OYNANAN 4’E 4 DAR ALAN OYUNLARI SIRASINDA TEKNİK AKSİYONLARIN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Araştırmada 4’e 4 dar alan oyununda oyun alanı boyutlarının kadın futbol oyuncularının teknik aksiyonlarına etkisini incelemek amaçlanmıştır. On altı kadın futbol oyuncusu araştırmaya katılmak için gönüllü olmuştur (Yaş: 16,68 ± 1,19 yıl, boy uzunluğu: 164,68±6,37 cm, vücut ağırlığı: 55,31 ± 5,21 kg). Dar alan oyunları 4’e 4 takımlar halinde 26 x 34 m ve 30 x 40 m ölçülerinde iki farklı boyuttaki oyun alanlarında uygulanmıştır. Her iki dar alan oyunu 6’şar dk’lık 3 set şeklinde uygulanmış, setler arasında 5 dk dinlenme süresi verilmiştir. Dar alan oyunları dijital bir kamera ile kaydedilmiştir. Dar alan oyunlarında gerçekleştirilen teknik aksiyonların tespit edilmesinde bilgisayar destekli Mathball maç analiz yazılım programı (Algoritma Bilgi İşlem Ltd. Şti.) kullanılmıştır. Dar alan oyunları sırasında her bir oyuncunun gol vuruşu, pas sayısı, olumlu ve olumsuz pas sayısı, dripling, top kazanma, ikili mücadele ve topla oynama süresi değerlendirilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler Friedman, Wilcoxon, Mann Whitney U ve bağımsız örneklem t-testi ile karşılaştırılmıştır. 30 x 40 m dar alan oyununda kadın futbol oyuncularının 1. sette tespit edilen dripling (Z = -2,244; p < 0,05) ve ikili mücadele (Z = -2,309; p < 0,05) sayıları 3. setten istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Dar alan oyunları arasında her 3 sette gerçekleştirilen teknik aksiyonların toplamları; toplam gol vuruşu (t = 2,001; p = 0,055), toplam olumlu pas (t = 0,624; p = 0,537), toplam olumsuz pas (t = 1,337; p = 0,192), toplam pas sayısı (t = 0,839; p = 0,408), toplam top kazanma (t = -0,374; p = 0,711), toplam ikili mücadele (t = -1,282; p = 0,210) ve toplam topa sahip olma süresinin (t = 0,191; p = 0,849) farklı olmadığı belirlenmiştir. 30 x 40 m alanda oynanan dar alan oyununda gerçekleştirilen dripling sayısının ise 26 x 34 m alanda oynanan dar alan oyunundan anlamlı düzeyde daha yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır (t = -2,159; p < 0,05). Sonuç olarak; kadın futbol oyuncularının teknik aksiyonlarının gelişimine yönelik çalışmalarda 26 x 34 m ve 30 x 40 m oyun alanının her ikisinin de kısa süreli olarak uygulanabileceği, dripling becerisinin ön planda olduğu çalışmalarda ise 30 x 40 m oyun alanında dar alan oyunu uygulanması önerilebilir.
