Intravascular fasciitis is a benign reactive myofibrobastic proliferation originating from deep or superficial fascia. It is a rare pathology and may affect small and medium sized arteries and veins. Vascular penetration may be progressive, and the pathology may be misdiagnosed as malignant disease This report describes a case with intravascular fasciitis in left subclavian vein and its successfull treatment with surgical excision
İntravasküler fasiitis psödosarkom yüzeyel veya derin fasyadan köken alan ve küçük/ orta arter ve venleri tutabilen benign reaktif myofibroblastik proliferasyondur. Nadir görülen bir patolojidir. Progresif vasküler tutulum ile seyredebilir ve malign neoplazmlar ile karıştırılabilir. Bu çalışmada kliniğimizde cerrahi olarak tedavi edilen sol subklavian ven yerleşimli intravasküler fasiitisli bir olgu sunulmuştur
