Abstract
A 25-year-old man, who had orbito-zygomatico-maxillary fracture and bilateral mandibular fracture due to motorcycle accident and had been treated 2.5 months ago in another health center by open reduction and mini plate-screw fixation method was referred to our department with the complaints of diplopia, enophthalmus, vertical dystopia and malocclusion. The patient was reoperated and successfully treated

Abstract
Motosiklet kazasına bağlı orbito-zigomatiko-maksiller kırık ve çift taraflı mandibula kırığı nedeniyle 2.5 ay önce başka bir sağlık merkezinde açık redüksiyon ve mini plak-vida ile tespit ameliyatı yapılan 25 yaşındaki bir erkek hasta çift görme, enoftalmi, vertikal distopi ve dişlerde kapanış bozukluğu ile başvurdu. Hasta yeniden ameliyata alındı ve başarılı şekilde tedavi edildi
