Abstract
Prostate cancer is most common cancer in man except nonmelonoma cutaneus cancer. Adenocarcinoma is most common histologic subtype in prostate cancer. Mucinous subtype of prostate cancer is very rare. In this article, 84 years old man presenting with symptoms of prostatism and diagnosed with mucinous prostate cancer will be discussed along with the literature

Abstract
Prostat kanseri erkeklerde sık görülen kanserlerdendir. Prostat kanserinin en sık görülen histolojik tipi adenokarsinomdur. Müsinöz prostat kanseri ise çok nadir görülen prostat kanseri alt tipidir. Yazımızda 84 yaşında prostatizm semptomları ile başvuran ve müsinöz prostat kanseri teşhisi koyduğumuz hasta literatür eşliğinde tartışılacaktır
