Abstract
In addition to liver disease, chronic viral hepatitis could be associated with several extrahepatic effects. Treatment of them range from symptomatic relief through immunosuppressive therapy. The aim of this manuscript is to summarize general treatment principles of frequently seen extrahepatic manifestations of chronic viral hepatitis

Kronik viral hepatitler karaciğerde hasar yapabildiği gibi, karaciğer dışı tutulumlarla da ilişkili olabilir. Bu durumların tedavisi semptomatik olabileceği gibi immunsupresif tedavi de gerekebilir. Bu yazıda sık görülen ekstrahepatik tutulumlarda tedavi prensiplerini özetlemek amaçlanmıştır
