Abstract
Prostate cancer is one of the most common cancers among men and presents a high risk of metastases but the rectum metastasis is uncommon. A 75 year old male patient was diagnosed with metastatic prostate adenocarcinoma multiple bone metastases in 2008. In 2012, the patient presented with rectal bleeding and diagnosed with anemia and colonoscopy revealed a polipoid mass lesion in rectum. Biopsy was performed and reported as metastatic prostatic adenocarcinoma. He was referred to our clinic for rectal bleeding and treated with palliative radiotherapy

Abstract
Prostat kanseri erkeklerde sık görülen ve metastaz yapma riski yüksek olan kanserlerden biridir ancak rektum metastazı nadirdir. 75 yaşında erkek hasta 2008 yılında metastatik prostat kanseri multiple kemik metastazı tanısı almış. 2012 yılında rektal kanama nedeniyle başvuran ve anemi tanısı konan hastanın kolonoskopisinde rektumda polipoid kitle lezyonu saptanmış. Biyopsi yapılmış ve metastatik prostat adenokarsinomu olarak raporlanmış. Kliniğimize rektal kanama şikayeti ile başvuran hastaya palyatif radyoterapi uygulandı
