Abstract
Hydatid cyst related to Echinococcus granulosis is a parasitic infection of humans settled in various tissues and organs. Transition of cystic fluid with high antigenic property to systemic circulation during an operation can cause intense hypersensitivity reactions related to Immunoglobulin E hypersensitivity reactions and may occur with clinical situations ranging from benign urticaria and short-term shivering to severe anaphylactic shock. In this case,we aimed to present the case of type 1 allergic reaction which developed during renal hydatid cyst operation performed under general anesthesia and our treatment strategy.

Abstract
Kist hidatik, Ekinokokus Granulosus etkeninin insanda çeşitli doku ve organlara yerleşmesiyle oluşan paraziter bir enfeksiyondur. Operasyon sırasında yüksek antijenik özelliğe sahip kist sıvısının sistemik dolaşıma geçişi, immünglobulin E’ye bağlı ortaya çıkan aşırı duyarlılık reaksiyonlarına neden olabilir. Aşırı duyarlılık reaksiyonları benign ürtiker ve kısa süreli titremeden ciddi anafilaktik şoka kadar değişen klinik tablolar ile ortaya çıkabilmektedir. Bu olgu sunumunda, renal kist hidatik vakasında genel anestezi altında iken gelişen tip 1 allerjik reaksiyonu ve tedavi stratejimizi sunmayı amaçladık
