Abstract
Bu Türkçe versiyonda tam metnin, rehberin amaçları, hedefleri, kapsamı, önemli pratik bilgiler, öneriler ve yerel uygulamaya
yönelik bilgiler bölümlerine yer verildi. Rehberin oluşturulmasına yönelik tüm aşamalara, ilgili güncel kaynakların tam
listesine ve diğer eklere aşağıda internet adresi verilen orijinal tam metninden ulaşılabilir.
Rehberde alt ekstremite amputelerinde, özel fizyoterapi uygulamalarını ayrıntılı olarak vermek değil, fizyoterapistlerin mesleki
sorumlulukları içerisinde (ilk protezini aldıktan, taburcu olana kadar geçen süreyi kapsar), en iyi uygulamaya yönelik bir
çerçeve oluşturmak hedeflenmiştir.
Erişkin Alt Ekstremite Amputelerinin Fizyoterapisinde Kanıta Dayalı Klinik Rehber’in amaçları özetle, alt ekstremite ampute
rehabilitasyonu alanında çalışan fizyoterapistler için en iyi uygulamaların belirlenmesi, yeni kanıtları içeren bilgilerle en iyi
klinik kararı verebilmenin sağlanması, ampute ve diğer profesyonellerin proteze yönelik bilgilendirilmesi, kaliteli bir hizmet
için servis sağlayıcıların bilgilendirilmesi, bu alanda araştırma ve denetimlerin geliştirilmesi ve kanıtlanmamış ve etkisiz
uygulamaların mümkün olduğunca azaltılmasıdır.
