Örgütsel Demokrasi ve Örgütsel Muhalefet Arasındaki İlişki Üzerine Bir İnceleme

Abstract

                      Özet

Bu çalışmanın amacı örgütsel demokrasi ile örgütsel muhalefetin arasındaki ilişkiyi araştırmaktır. Araştırma bulgularına göre bu alanda çalışma yapan araştırmacılara ve özellikle uygulayıcılara veri sağlamak araştırmanın diğer bir amacıdır. Örgütsel demokrasi kişisel değerlere saygı, demokratik tutum, demokratik yönetim, demokratik davranış, otorite algısı boyutlarıyla ifade edilmiştir. Örgütsel muhalefet de açık muhalefet, dolaylı muhalefet, gizli muhalefetle nitelendirilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar kişisel değerlere saygının, demokratik yönetimin ve demokratik davranışın açık muhalefeti pozitif yönde açıkladığını göstermiştir. Demokratik tutumun açık muhalefeti negatif yönde açıkladığı bulunmuştur. Nihayet otorite algısının açık, dolaylı ve gizli muhalefeti negatif yönde açıkladığı görülmüştür.
