Abstract

Abstract

Organizations act in the need of creating a management system in which they will manage innovation effectively, based on the effective power of innovation. It is known that there is a complex and dynamic relationship between standards and innovation. This research focused on the R&D management system UNE 166002, one of the first national certifiable standards to exist globally, and ISO 56001 standards, the innovation management system. Aim; To explain the management systems that will be beneficial for organizations to increase their innovation management capabilities. In the literature review made with this article, firstly, innovation management and management systems were reviewed; secondly, the relationship between them is presented as the premises of the current research and their contributions to the organizations are indicated.
