Banka Çalışanlarının İşten Ayrılma Niyetleri Üzerinde Etkili Olan Faktörlere Yönelik Bir Araştırma: Muğla İli Örneği-An Investigation On Factors Affecting Turnover Intentions Of Banking Staff: Evidence From Muğla, Turkey

Abstract

Bu çalışma işten ayrılma niyeti üzerinde etkili olan faktörleri ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Araştırma, Muğla ili ve ilçelerinde faaliyet gösteren kamu ve özel sektör banka şubelerinin çalışanları üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veri toplama aracı olarak hazırlanan anket, kolayda örnekleme yöntemiyle katılımcılara uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada bankacılık personelinin işten ayrılma niyeti, bağımlı değişken olarak ele alınmış; literatürde işten ayrılma niyetleri üzerinde etkisi bulunduğu ileri sürülen kişilik özellikleri, örgütsel bağlılık, tükenmişlik, iş tatmini, birey örgüt uyumu ve iş-aile çatışmaları da bağımsız değişken kapsamında değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak duygusal tükenmişlik, duygusal bağlılık, devam bağlılığının işten ayrılma niyetini anlamlı biçimde etkilediği ortaya konulmuştur.
