This case study is aimed to examine the developments of the teachers technological knowledge during the Covid-19 pandemic process and their reflection of the experiences in the normalization period. The study group consisted of a total of 21 teachers of different fields. The data collected using via interviews in which the content analysis is carried out. As a result, the technological knowledge acquired by the teachers in the emergency remote teaching having dimensions of course design, equipment used, type of education, professional development, attitude towards technology, purpose of use and cooperation. It is remarkable that these dimensions are somewhat positevely shaped in different ways before the pandemic, during the pandemic and after the pandemic. It is considered that the results of the study will provide clues for the evaluation of the use of technology in the teaching processes in emergency distance education.
Bu araştırmada Covid-19 pandemisi sürecinde öğretmenlerin süreç içinde karşılaştıkları zorluklar ve süreç içinde kazandığı deneyimleri normalleşme sürecindeki eğitim-öğretime yansıtma durumlarının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Durum çalışması yöntemi kullanılarak yürütülen araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 11 Kadın ve 10 Erkek olmak üzere toplamda 21 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılarak toplanan veriler içerik analiz yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, acil uzaktan öğretim sürecinde öğretmenlerin edindikleri teknolojik bilgileri; ders tasarımı, kullanılan araç gereç, eğitim şekli, gelişim, teknolojiye karşı tutum, kullanım amacı ve iş birliği boyutlarında şekillendiği belirlenmiştir. Bu boyutların pandemi öncesi, pandemi süreci ve pandemi sonrasında farklı biçimlerde olumlu yönde yapılandığı gözlemlenmiştir. Çalışmanın sonuçlarının acil uzaktan öğretimde öğretim süreçlerinde teknoloji kullanımına yönelik değerlendirmeler için ipuçları sunacağı değerlendirilmektedir.
