Abstract

10-14 Yaş Grubu Elit Bayan Okçuların Teknik Atış Performanslarını Etkileyen Fiziksel, Fizyolojik ve Kuvvet Faktörlerinin Araştırılması
Amaç; Türkiye'de en iyi dereceyi elde etmiş 10-14 yaş grubu elit bayan okçuların teknik atış performanslarını etkileyen fiziksel, fizyolojik ve kuvvet faktörlerinin araştırılmasıdır.
Materyal Metot; Araştırmamıza ülkemizde en iyi dereceleri elde etmiş elit 11 bayan okçu gönüllü olarak katıldı. Araştırmaya katılan okçuların ortalama yaşları 12.9±0.9 yıl, boyları 159.3±6.4 cm. ve vücut ağırlıkları da 56.5±15.1 kg.dı. Araştırmamızda antropometrik (uzunluk, çevre, genişlik, deri altı yağ) ölçümleri, kuvvet (sağ-sol el kavrama, sırt ve bacak) testleri, esneklik testleri, atış öncesi ve sonrasındaki kalp atım sayıları, solunum (FVC, FEV1, PEF) testleri ve 7 m. mesafeden teknik atış isabetlikleri incelendi. Elde edilen verilerin tanımlayıcı istatistikleri ve One Way Anova analizi yapıldı.
Bulgular; Yedi (7) m. mesafeden atılan teknik atış ile yaş, boy, vücut ağırlığı arasında, fiziksel uzunluk ölçümlerinden bacak ve ayak uzunluğu arasında, çevre ölçümlerinden kol ve önkol çevresi arasında önemli bir ilişki bulundu (p<0.05). Yine yedi (7) m. mesafeden yapılan atışlarla fizyolojik ölçümlerden 3'ncü atış başlangıcındaki kalp atım sayısı arasında önemli bir ilişki bulundu (p<0.05).
Sonuç; Elde edilen verilere dayanarak, ülkemizde en iyi derece yapmış 10-14 yaş grubu elit bayan okçulara yönelik performans veri tabanı oluşturuldu. Veriler, okçuluk branşına özgün yetenek seçiminde bir kriter olarak kullanılabilir. Özellikle tam puan elde edilmiş atışlarda 5 saniyede en iyi skoru elde ettikleri görülmüştür. Ayrıca atış esnasında başlangıç kalp atım sayılarının 118-120/dk arasında olması bir kriter olarak dikkate alınabilir.

ABSTRACT
Investigation of Factors Physical, Physiological and Force Affecting Performance of Shoot Degree in Turkey the Best Women Age Group 10-14 Archery to have Achieve Technical
Objective; participate in our competitions in our country have received the best ratings 10-14 age group the factors affecting the performance of female archers shooting is investigated.
Metaryal and Method, our research in our country have received the best rating of 11 female volunteers participated as archers. The mean age of surveyed archers 12.9 ± 0.9 years, height of 159.3 ± 6.4 cm. and body weight 56.5 ± 15.1 kg. About research anthropometric (length, environment, width, skin fat) measurements, strenght (right-left-hand grip, back and legs) tests, flexibility tests, before and after shots in the number of heartbeats, pulmonel (FVC, FEV1, PEF) tests and 7 m. emirates has been viewed from a distance of technical fire hit. Descriptive statistics of the data obtained and one way anova analysis was performed.
Findings; seven (7) m. shots taken with the technical age, height, body weight between the physical length of the leg and foot length measurements between the environment of the arm and forearm measurements between the environment found a significant relationship (p<0.05). Furthermore, seven (7) m. shot from a distance with the physiological measurements of heart rate between the 3rd shot initial stage found a significant relationship (p<0.05).
Results; based on data obtained in our country have made the best rating for women 10-14 age group performance data base was created. Data from the original branch abilities in the selection of archery can be used as a criterion. Obtained full marks in particular shot 5 seconds in the best score was obtained on ethics. In addition, during the initial firing of the heart rate is between 118-120 can be taken into consideration as a criterion.
