Abstract
Giriş:
Torakoabdominal travmalar sonrası oluşan diyafragma hernileri erken ve geç
dönemde hayatı tehdit edici sorunlar oluşturabilmektedir. Son yıllarda daha da
gelişen laparoskopik yöntemle bu
antitenin diyagnostik ve terapötik yaklşaımları da gelişim gösterip daha az
invaziv hale gelmiştir.
Olgu : Bu
yazıda bıçaklanma sonrası gözden kaçan diyafram yaralanmasının, geç dönemde
etrangüle diyafragma hernisi haline
dönüşüm sonrasında laparoskopik olarak tamir edilmesine ait olgu sunulmuştur.
Sonuç:
Diyafragma yaralanmalarının erken ve geç safhalarında laparoskopik yaklaşım,
hem tanı hem de tedavide minimal invaziv bir seçenektir.
