Abstract

Lipomlar oldukça nadir görülen doğumsal beyin malformasyonlarıdır. Bazen semptomatik olgular görülebilmekle birlikte sıklıkla rastlantısal olarak teşhis edilmekledir. Distoni birincil

Abstract

Lipomas are extremely rare congenital brain malformations. It is often diagnosed incidentally but sometimes it can be seen in symptomatic patients. Dystonia is abnormal

contraction due to primary and secondary caused of the muscles in the body. Cerebellar motor fi eld as a key of anatomical region is considered to be associated with dystonia case

studies suggests that secondary dystonia is depend on motor relations of the cerebellum or cerebellar lesions. We presented here a rare case who applied whith acute dystonia

and found a lipoma in cerebellar junction by cranial magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). ( Sakarya Med J 2017, 7(2):116-119 )
