Abstract
Cardiac arrest (CA) in perioperative period is a rare condition with high mortality(1-3). The highest risk groups for mortality are children <1 year, patients with high-ASA scores and geriatric patients(3,4). Our aim is to present the clinical characteristics, identify risk factors and determine in-hospital outcomes of patients who developed CA in perioperative period.

Abstract
Perioperatif dönemde kardiyak arrest (KA), nadir görülen ancak mortalitesi oldukça yüksek olan bir durumdur(1-3). Mortalite açısından en riskli guruplar bir yaş altı çocuklar, ASA skoru yüksek olanlar ve geriatrik hastalardır(3,4). Amacımız, perioperatif dönemde KA gelişen hastaların klinik özelliklerini sunmak, risk faktörlerini tanımlamak ve hastane içi sonlanımlarını belirlemektir.
