Nursing Care Practice Agenda: Reflections on Nursing Education

Year 2024, Volume: 1 Issue: 2, 108 - 118, 29.03.2024

Abstract

Standards of nursing education and practice are constantly being updated. Nursing schools and health institutions need to be of appropriate standards to ensure that nurses have access to new knowledge and skills and to provide education in line with the latest medical developments. With the rapid development of nursing, nurses need much more than clinical skills. Nursing students are expected to have not only theoretical knowledge but also communication, problem solving, critical thinking, teamwork and leadership skills after graduation. Nursing care practices play a critical role in the health system and developments in this field should be followed continuously. These agenda topics reflect important issues that will help nurses to provide more effective and qualified health services. It is necessary to benefit from technological changes and developments in order to increase quality in nursing and to spread learning throughout its stages. Technological and innovative innovations help to close the gap between theory and practice by preparing nurses for complex clinical environments in practice.

Hemşirelik Bakım Uygulamaları Gündemi: Hemşirelik Eğitimi Yansımaları

Year 2024, Volume: 1 Issue: 2, 108 - 118, 29.03.2024
