Fertilite Sağlığı Bilgi Ölçeği’nin Türkçeye Uyarlanması: Geçerlik ve Güvenirlik Çalışması

Öz

Amaç: Bu çalışma Fertilite Sağlığı Bilgi Ölçeği’nin (FSBÖ) Türk kültürüne uyarlayarak geçerlik ve güvenirliğini test etmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Araştırma metodolojik tipte gerçekleştirilmiş olup araştırma kapsamına bir Sağlık Bilimleri Fakültesinin hemşirelik bölümünde okuyan toplam 265 öğrenci alınmıştır. FSBÖ’nin psikometrik özelliklerini tespit etmek için kapsam geçerliği, yapı geçerliği, iç tutarlık güvenirliği ve madde analizi yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: FSBÖ ölçeği 30 maddeden oluşmakta olup uygulanan açıklayıcı faktör analizi sonucuna göre tek faktörlü yapısının varyansın %43.03’ünü açıkladığı görülmüştür. Ayrıca madde faktör yükleri de 0.328 ile 0.834 arasında sıralanmaktadır. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizi sonucu ölçeğin uyum iyiliği değerleri χ2/sd=2.262, RMSEA=0.069, GFI=0.846, AGFI=0.801, CFI=0.923 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Ölçeğin cronbach alfa iç tutarlık katsayısı 0.949 olarak bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Araştırma sonucunda, FSBÖ’nün Türk toplumuna özgü kullanılabilmek üzere geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ölçek, fertilite sağlığı ilgili risk faktörleri hakkındaki bilgileri değerlendirmek için klinik uygulamada ve araştırmalarda kullanılabilir.

The Turkish Adaptation of Fertility Health Knowledge Survey: The Validity and Reliability Study

Öz

Objective: This study was conducted in order to test the validity and reliability of the Fertility Health Knowledge Survey (FHKS) by adapting it to Turkish culture. Materials and Methods: This methodological research was performed with a total of 265 students studying in the nursing department of a Health Sciences Faculty. The content validity, structure validity, internal consistency reliability and item analysis methods were used to determine the psychometric properties of FHKS. Results: The FSBS scale consists of 30 items and according to the results of the exploratory factor analysis, it was seen that its single factor structure explained 43.03% of the variance. In addition, item factor loads were found to range between 0.328 to 0.834. As a result of the confirmatory factor analysis, the goodness of fit values of the scale were calculated as χ2/sd=2.262, RMSEA=0.069, GFI=0.846, AGFI=0.801, CFI=0.923. The Cronbach's alpha internal consistency coefficient of the scale was found to be 0.949. Conclusion: As a result of the research, it has been determined that the FSS is a valid and reliable measurement tool that can be used specifically for Turkish society. The scale can be used in clinical practice and research to assess knowledge about fertility health-related risk factors.
