Öz
The metastatic carcinoma of the penis is rarely seen. In the seventy percent the cases the primary lesion is in the genitourinary tract and also, metastatic lesions from lung, bone, skin and rectum are rarely reported. The penile metastasis is a poor prognostic factor predicting disseminated disease. In this paper, we reported a rarely seen case, a bladder carcinoma patient with penile metastasis

Öz
Penisin metastatik karsinomları nadir görülür. Penis metastazlarının %70’inde primer odak genitoüriner sistem olup daha az sıklıkla akciğer, kemik, deri ve rektum kaynaklı olgular da mevcuttur. Penis metastazı genellikle yaygın hastalık belirtisi olup kötü prognoz seyrinin işaretidir. Bu bildiride nadir görülmesi nedeniyle penis metastazı saptanan mesane karsinomlu bir olgu sunulmaktadır
