Öz
Traumatic hip dislocation in children is uncommon and it usually occurs with low energy trauma. There is correlation between reduction time and prognosis. We discussed the result of a child with late reduction of high energy traumatic hip dislocation

Öz
Çocuk travmatik kalça çıkıkları düşük enerjili travmalarla gelişen seyrek görülen vakalardır. Redüksiyon süresi prognozu doğrudan etkiler. Yüksek enerjili bir travma ile gelişmiş ve geç redükte edilmiş bir vakanın sonuçlarını değerlendirdik
