Öz
Tuberculosis is an infectious disease which is common is common in developing countries. Approximately 5 to 10% of cases of tuberculosis are involved in the brain and nervous system. Central Nervous System CNS involvement may occur as meningitis, abscess, solitary tuberculoma, infarction, or miliary parenchymal disease. Tuberculoma is very rare. 50 years old male patient suffered from dizziness and, gait impairment. This patient was operated. Pathologic examination revealed necrotizing granulomatous inflammation. Tuberculoma should be taken into consideration as a possible diagnosis in such cases

Öz
Mycobacterium tüberculosisin neden olduğu bir enfeksiyon hastalığı olan tüberküloz, gelişmekte olan ülkelerde sık görülmektedir. Tüberküloz vakalarının yaklaşık %5-10’unda beyin ve sinir sistemi tutulumu görülür. Merkezi Sinir Sistemi MSS tutulumu menenjit, abse, soliter tüberkülom, infarkt veya milier parankimal hastalık olarak ortaya çıkabilir. Santral sinir sistemi tutulumunda en az tuberkülomlar gözlenir ve bunlar beyin parankimindeki tüberkülom granülasyonlarıdır ve kitle etkisiyle klinik oluşturabilirler. 50 yaşında erkek olgu, son bir aydır giderek artan baş dönmesi, yürümede bozulma şikayetleri ile kliniğimize başvurdu. Yapılan tetkikleri sonucunda serebellar kitleler saptanan olgu opere edildi. Patoloji sonucu, nekrotizan granülomatöz iltihap olarak değerlendirildi. Klinik olarak serebellar metastaz olarak düşünülen; fakat anamnez ve radyolojisi derinleştirildiğinde tüberküloz lehine değerlendirilen olgu¸ tüberkülozun nadir görülen tipi olan tüberküloma örnek olarak sunulmuştur
