Bio
She is a faculty member at Hitit University, Department Political Science and Public Administration, IIBF SISKY Department.
After completing her undergraduate studies at Dumlupınar University in 1998, Assoc. Prof. Dr. ŞAT obtained her Master's degree at Sakarya University in 2000.
After receiving her Ph.D. from Marmara University in 2008, Dr. ŞAT was a visiting scholar at the Center for Technology in Government (CTG) in the USA in 2014.
Her research interests include management science; local governments; e-government; participation and governance; technology and innovation management.
She has published numerous articles, papers and book chapters in these areas.
She has also published a special study of Woodrow Wilson's "Study on Administration" with annotations.
She is a board member of the "Public Administration Association".
