Dr. Karanfiloğlu, born in Şanlıurfa, is a passionate individual with a keen interest in communication and media. He was born in January 1989. In 2011, he completed his undergraduate studies in the Public Relations and Advertising department at Ege University. Following his undergraduate degree, Dr. Karanfiloğlu pursued specialization in International Communication and Media at Hogeschool Utrecht University in the Netherlands. He continued his academic journey at Ege University Social Sciences Institute, completing both his master's and doctoral degrees. His doctoral research focused on the intersection of Digitalization, Industry 4.0, and Public Relations. Dr. Karanfiloğlu's professional experience began in the service sector, working at hotels in the United States. Upon returning to Turkey, he held various positions in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) at Turkish Airlines and Turkcell. Additionally, he worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist, expanding his expertise in the field. From 2017 to 2020, he gained valuable academic experience as a Research Assistant at Hatay Mustafa Kemal University in Antakya. Currently, Dr. Karanfiloğlu serves as the Head of the New Media and Communication Department/Program at Ibn Haldun University. Throughout his career, Dr. Karanfiloğlu has focused on exploring current and future applications of digital communication and marketing strategies. His work contributes to the ever-evolving landscape of digital media and communication practices.
