Gebelikte Cinsel Fonksiyonların Değerlendirilmesi

Objectives: This research is a study in descriptive study to assess sexual function during pregnancy. Study Design: This study carried out in primary health care facilities in Aksehir. After receipt of regulatory approvals, 1 April to 31 May 2010 between the randomly selected 200 pregnant volunteers participated in this study. Amaç: Bu araştırma gebelikte cinsel fonksiyonların değerlendirilmesi amacıyla tanımlayıcı tipte yapılan bir çalışmadır. Çalışma Planı: Çalışma Akşehir’de birinci basamak sağlık kurumlarında yürütülmüştür. Yasal izinler alındıktan sonra, 1 Nisan - 31 Mayıs 2010 tarihleri arasında rast gele seçilmiş gönüllü 200 gebe çalışmaya katılmıştır. Veriler yüz yüze görüşme tekniği kullanılarak anket formu ve Kadın Cinsel Fonksiyon İndeksi IFSF yardımıyla toplanmıştır. Bulgular: Araştırma kapsamına alınan gebelerin yaş ortalamaları 25.7±5.6 bulunmuştur. Gebelerin %20.5’inin birinci, %35’inin ikinci, %44.5’inin üçüncü trimesterde olduğu belirlenmiştir. Gebelerin %65’i gebelikte cinsel ilişki sıklıklarının azaldığını belirtmiştir. Yapılan istatistiksel analizde trimesterlere göre gebelerin cinsel ilişkiye girme sıklıklarında bir değişiklik olmadığı tespit edilmiştir p>0.05 . Gebelikte cinsel ilişkinin bebeğe zarar vereceği düşüncesine sahip olan gebelerin oranı %59, bu düşünceyle gebelikte cinsel ilişkide pozisyon değişikliğine gidenlerin oranı %45.5, pozisyon değişiklinin ne olduğu sorusuna cevap verenlerin oranı ise %27’dir %8 klasik, %7 yan yatar pozisyon, %7 secde pozisyonu, %5 oturur pozisyon .
