Sinaptofizin Ekspresyonu Gösteren Bazaloid Skuamöz Hücreli Larenks Karsinom: Olgu Sunumu

Öz

Bazaloid yassı hücreli karsinom BYHK , yassı hücreli larenks karsinomunun ender görülen agresif özellikte yüksek dereceli histolojik varyantıdır. Literatürde bu güne kadar bildirilen BYHK olgularının neredeyse tamamında immunhistokimyasal olarak sinaptofizin negatif olarak bildirilmiştir. Bu yazıda sinaptofizin ekspresyonu gösteren BYHK olgusu literatür bilgileri ışığında sunulmuştur
