Weil's Disease With Acute Cholecystitis and Severe Thrombocytopenia: a Case Report

Abstract

Leptospirosis is a common zoonosis throughout the world. Weil’s disease is a severe form of leptospirosis. In Weil’s disease jaundice, renal disfunction and hemorrhage are frequently observed. Weil’s disease with acalculous acute cholecystitis and severe thrombocytopenia is rare.We present here, 58 years old male patient who had Weil’s disease with acalculous acute cholecystitis and severe thrombocytopenia
