A RARE TUMOR: PRIMARY CLEAR CELL HEPATOCELLULAR CARCINOMA

Abstract

The clear cell carcinoma of liver is a variant of hepatocellular carcinoma and occurs at a frequency of less than 10% of hepatocellular carcinoma. It develops on a cirrhotic background or is usually associated with hepatitis C. Surgical resection is the best treatment approach. We presented a case of primary clear cell hepatocellular carcinoma in non-cirrhotic liver, and our patient had surgical resection despite his advanced age
