Hemşirelikte İnovatif Alan: Evde Bakımda Telehemşirelik ve Telesağlık

Öz

Tele-sağlık, tıbbi bilginin birden fazla kişi arasında transfer edilmesi yoluyla sağlığın devamlılığının sağlanması/geliştirilmesi; Tele-hemşirelik telekomünikasyon hizmetlerinin kullanılarak hasta bakım hizmetlerinin geliştirilmesi olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Tele-hemşirelik ve tele-sağlık uygulamalarının evde bakımda kullanılmasındaki genel amaç hastaların hastaneye yatışların azaltılması, kronik hastalık yönetiminde başarının ve yaşam kalitesinin artması ve sağlık profesyonelleri arasında iletişim ve koordinasyonun sağlanması olarak özetlenebilir. Evde bakımda tele-sağlık kullanımı konusunda beklentiler ve avantajlar paralel olup, kullanıma uygundur. Yapılan çalışmalarla başarıları kanıtlanabilmekte ve uygulama sonuçları net olarak gözlenebilmektedir. Bundan dolayı tele-sağlık ve tele-hemşirelik uygulamaları günümüzde birçok gelişmiş ülkede yaygın olarak kullanılmaktadır. Bu derlemede, günümüzde yaygınlaşmakta olan tele-hemşirelik ve telesağlık uygulamalarının yararları, evde bakımda kullanım alanları ve dünyadaki ve ülkemizdeki durumunu irdelemek amaçlanmıştır.
