Copyright Transfer and Authorship Confirmation Form

Publications are licensed under Creative Commons (CC BY-NC 4.0). The journal's policy is based on scientific contribution and does not allow commercial use of publications. CC's NonCommercial (NC) licenses prohibit uses that are "primarily directed toward or intended for commercial advantage or monetary compensation." At this point, authors sign an exclusive license agreement in which they own the copyright but license exclusive rights in their article to the publisher. This means that by special agreement the publisher has the right to make and authorize commercial use. Publications can be used or shared in whole or in part, provided that the journal and authors are cited.

Scientific and Legal Responsibilities of Authors and Data Sharing
*In order for the articles to be published in the journal, they must not have been previously published/submitted for publication in another journal and a positive report must be given by the referees.
*Any legal and ethical liability that may arise from the articles/authors sent to the Journal of Medical Research Reports belongs to the author or authors, even if the article in question has been published.
*Authors and readers can use some or all of the information in their articles and download full-text PDFs, provided that they remain faithful to the original and cite it, without any commercial purpose.
