Yegah Journal of Musicology: Within the framework of the recommendations of YÖK, UAK and ULAKBİM, the processing fees of the articles are requested in advance, regardless of acceptance or rejection conditions, thus eliminating the risk of becoming a predatory journal. (In UAK Associate Professorship applications, it is in the category of "Journals that charge publication fees at the time of application regardless of the acceptance or rejection requirement". In this regard, it can be used in all academic applications, academic incentives and associate professorship applications.). For this reason, the review process of the articles will not be started until the required fee is paid.

First, while the articles are uploaded to the system, besides other documents, the authors are asked to deposit the Turkish Lira equivalent of that day's exchange rate ($112), the operating fee, to the account specified below. Afterwards, the articles of the authors whose information is checked by the secretariat are first subjected to a similarity report through Ithenticate, and the conformity of the articles not exceeding 20% to the writing guide is checked and sent to the editor in terms of scientificity. The articles that pass the editor's approval check the receipt of the payment, and the referee process begins. The refereeing process of the articles for which the fee is not paid does not start. In addition, all necessary developments at this stage will be communicated to the authors via the media.

According to this,
1- In case of editorial rejection: The authors of the articles that are rejected due to the editorial review will be refunded 80% of the fee they have paid. 20% of the remaining fee; secretarial, operating and editorial fees.
2- In case of rejection by the referees, As a result of the evaluations of both the editor and the referees, the authors whose articles are rejected will be refunded 50% of the price they have paid, depending on the evaluation status of the referees. remaining fees; secretariat, editorial review and operation will be deducted as fees.

Proofreading Editor: 3% charge.
Issue Editor: 4% charge.
Secretariat: 6% charge.
Editorial Editor: 6% charge.
Foreign Language Editor: 6% pricing.
Publication Editor: 10% charge.
Layout Editor: 15% charge.
The total of other transaction fees is 50%.
