*JIMM aims to become one of the reference journals in which qualified and original interdisciplinary research is collected. JIMM is in search of qualified research in terms of "interpretation and method" features. Therefore, our journal (JIMM) aims to progress by adding a philosophical flavor to different disciplines of social sciences. Considering the potential of philosophy in adding intellectual depth to this process, JIMM aims to change the monotony and mechanization trend in social sciences in the World, but even more so in Turkey.
*JIMM accepts studies in business administration, public administration, human resources management, economics, managerial economics, organizational studies, behavioral sciences, entrepreneurship, social sciences research methods, philosophy of science, philosophy, and sociology.
*JIMM publishes original research articles, literature reviews, and translation studies.
* JIMM's publication language is Turkish and English.
*JIMM is published biannually (April and October) in electronic format (e-ISSN: 2602-2125).
*For each submission, a similarity report from a similarity check program (e.g., Ithenticate, Turnitin, etc..) should be loaded to the system. Manuscripts with a similarity rate of over 20% will not be accepted.
*JIMM implements a review system in which the names of both reviewers and authors are kept confidential (blind-review). Two reviewers review the manuscript submitted to the journal.
*Editor aims to complete the review process in 2 months upon submission.
*All responsibilities regarding the opinions in the articles published in the journal, the content, accuracy, integrity, and compliance of scientific ethics belong to the authors and not to the journal management, editor, and editorial board.
*As per the publication policy, it is not inappropriate for an author to publish more than one article in the same issue.
