Öz
Providing a healthy workplace free of biological, chemical, physical, environmental, pyscho-social and biomechanical hazards is a key issue currently. The aims of the study are to canvas the opinions of healthcare workers about workplaces and to gather suggestions for activities to be undertaken in creating healthy workplaces. In the study, a questionnaire was given to 500 health workers working in an research and teaching hospital in Ankara, who had volunteered to participate in the study. The scale was created by the researchers of the study after conducting a detailed literature review. A validity and reliability study was conducted prior to applying the scale in the field by obtaining an expert opinion. The reliability of the scale was determined to be 0.98. The results from the study were evaluated using SPSS 21.0. According to the results of the research: The total score for opinions about a healthy working environment was found to be 123.98 ± 12.54. When opinions about a healthy working environment are examined, those opinions with the highest score are “There is a definite relationship between problems in private life and motivation at work” 4,74 ± 0,44 , “Publication of hospital announcements within the hospital information system affects the working environment for employees” 67 ± 0.47 , and “I believe that the institution I work with will be better in the future” 4.53 ± 0.50 . ‘Healthy workplaces’ training can be set up by hospital managers to create awareness about healthy workplaces

Öz
Biyolojik, kimyasal, fiziksel, çevresel, psiko-sosyal ve biyomekanik risklerden arındırılmış sağlıklı çalışma ortamları son yıllarda üzerinde önemle durulan konulardandır. Bu çalışmanın amacı; sağlık çalışanlarının çalışma ortamları açısından görüşlerini almak ve sağlıklı çalışma ortamı oluşturmada yapılacak faaliyetlerle ilgili önerilerde bulunmaktır. Çalışmada, Ankara ilindeki bir eğitim araştırma hastanesinde görev yapan ve çalışmaya katılmaya gönüllü olan 500 sağlık çalışanına yüz yüze görüşme ile anket uygulanmıştır. Ölçek literatür taraması yapılarak çalışmanın araştırmacıları tarafından oluşturulmuştur. Uzman görüşü alınarak son şekli verilen ölçeğin saha uygulamasından önce geçerlik güvenirlik çalışması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ölçeğin güvenirliği 0.98 olarak belirlenmiştir. Çalışmanın sonuçları SPSS 21.0 ile değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre; Sağlıklı çalışma ortamına ilişkin görüşlerin toplam puanı 123,98±12,54 olarak bulunmuştur. Sağlıklı çalışma ortamına ilişkin görüşler incelendiğinde en yüksek puana sahip görüşler sırasıyla “Özel yaşamımdaki sorunlar ile iş motivasyonum arasında doğru bir ilişki var” 4,74±0,44 , “Hastane duyurularının, hastane bilgi sisteminde yayınlanması çalışanların çalışma ortamını etkiler” 4,67±0,47 , “Çalıştığım kurumun ileride daha iyi olacağına inanıyorum” 4,53±0,50 şeklinde bulunmuştur. Hastanelerde sağlıklı çalışma ortamının yaygınlaştırılması için; hastane yönetimi tarafından sağlıklı çalışma ortamı ile ilgili bilinç oluşturmak, bu uygulamaların sağlık çalışanları açısından yaratacağı kazanımların neler olacağını vurgulamak maksadı ile ‘sağlıklı çalışma ortamı ile ilgili eğitimler planlanabilir. Böylelikle sağlık çalışanları ile etkileşim içerisinde ve görüşleri alınarak çalışma ortamlarının daha sağlıklı hale getirilmesi hususunda adımlar atılabilir
