Baş Boyun Bölgesi Defektlerinde Lokal Flepler ile Rekonstrüksiyon

The advantages and disadvantages of using local flaps for head and neck region is mentioned in this paper. We discussed the issue with the guide of 352 patients who applied to the Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery clinics for the last 10 years and had reconstruction with local flaps. Local flaps are very valuable alternative for reconstruction of head and neck defects. A surgeon who is experienced in the use of local flaps and planning the procedure, almost always has good aesthetic results even for the big defects. But we have to keep in mind that reconstructions even done with local flap can result with serious complications

Baş boyun bölgesindeki defektlerin onarımı için lokal flep kullanılmasının avantajları ve dezavantajları ele alınmaktadır. Acıbadem Sağlık Gurubu Hastaneleri Plastik, Rekonstrüktif ve Estetik Cerrahi polikliniklerine son 10 yılda müracaat etmiş 352 hastada yapılan lokal flepler ve bu vakalarda karşılaşılan sorunlar ışığında değerlendirilmiştir. Lokal deri flepleri baş boyun bölgesindeki defektlerin tedavisi için çok değerli bir tedavi alternatifidir. İyi bir planlama ve tecrübeli bir cerrahi ekiple çok büyük defektler bile, çok iyi estetik sonuçlarla iyileştirilebilir. Ancak tüm diğer cerrahi işlemlerde olduğu gibi lokal fleple yapılan rekonstrüksiyonlarda da gelişebilecek ciddi komplikasyonlar vardır. Sonuç olarak, baş boyun bölgesindeki defektlerin onarımında, tecrübeli bir ekip ve iyi bir cerrahi planlama ile lokal flepler kısa sürede çok başarılı tedavi seçeneği oluşturur
